"Perplexed. Confounded. Downhearted," expressed fan Kol Kalaba.
That's how Kalaba went to bed and woke up the next day, much like many Jets fans who remained in a state of disbelief after witnessing Rodgers' season-ending injury after just four plays.
"I'm feeling worse than when we endured those back-to-back AFC championship losses because the excitement was unparalleled. I was right there for the kickoff, and I can't even find the words to describe it," Kalaba shared.
Relatedly, the Jets have officially confirmed Aaron Rodgers' season-ending injury, citing a torn left Achilles tendon.
"The entire stadium fell into silence. It was eerily quiet," remarked fan Wagner Feder.
